1930s British Lamb and Sheep Dog Vintage Poster

These posters were printed for children`s educational and story telling tools for the classroom in England, pre WW2, WWII. There were at least 75 posters in the series all with different themes or places. At the bottom of the poster is printed the number 20 “The Shepard and his Lambs.”

The poster theme is of a shepherd, his child and 6 young lambs. A large sheep dog looks over a thatched fence, with beautiful sky full of clouds. Great for a chidren’s room, knitter, wool or sheepdog enthusiast! The poster is archivally linen backed and ready for framing. We only have this one.
