Condition: A- minor creasing on edges, linen mounted, must be scrutinized closely to see, displays absolutely beautifully. Any lightness in color in the main full photo is simply camera glare.
This is a beautiful ski poster for Klosters featuring a great 1950's, fifites graphic design. Text reads "It's Powder on Klosters Switzerland" and the wonderful feeling of white snow falling out of the deep and rich dark blue sky, a really great graphic element. I have included a close up of the LKP chairlift, full of little skiers, take a look!
Klosters, Switzerland is in the Rega Pass Area. It's a beautiful and quaint village that is a favorite of British royal skiers. It is lift linked to skiing at Davos. It is nestled in what has remained of the rural part of the Prattigau (Graubunden), and is known for its romantic village like atmosphere, in contrast to Davos, the nearby bustling city.
This is a very fun and happy ski poster that we have never seen before in
our travels. A great piece we have had in our collection for years. The poster is archivally linen backed and ready for framing. We only have this one.
