1930-40's Boxer Boxing Original Sports Vintage Poster-LARGE Size

This is a wonderful large size square boxing poster depicting 2 boxers in the ring, with bystanders below. There is no text printed on the poster, and it was found in a printing office lot with other similar posters we also have on our site. It was printed by the Weller Co. of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is marked in lower left corner as such.

The color is vivid, red white, blue and black, and the scene is all American. The boxers very much resemble Max Schmeling and Jack Dempsey, who were a famous fight duo of the late thirties. The poster is the largest of the three in size, would be beautiful framed for a children’s room or sports room.

Condition is A, linen mounted. A great piece! See 2 other boxer posters on our site, found with this, in a medium and smaller size. Beautiful and would be great framed for the vintage boxing buff! We have 2 of these total in this size, when gone, we will have no more.
