1930s British Scarecrow in a field Vintage English UK Poster
AGE: c. 1930’s, lithograph
CONDITION: A, Linen Mounted
At the bottom is printed the number 19, “The Scarecrow.” This poster was printed in England as an English educational school scene for children. It is a lovely poster and richly printed ready for a child’s room with a young boy in knickers, antique wooden farm tool in hand, walking the fields near his home. A large scarecrow watches over the newly plowed field, in rich gold, reds, greens and oranges. We do not know what type of tool he has in his hand, do you? The bottom has a running edge of scarecrows. Wonderful for a children's room. This original old poster is beautiful and ready for framing! We only have this one.
