1940’s American Christmas Seals TB Tuberculosis Original Poster by Binder

This original WWII era poster was designed by art deco Austrian artist / illustrator Joseph Binder, 1898-1972, well known for his work in America in the Art deco years. In upper right corner there is a very faint signature that reads “Binder” and is consistent in the way he signed his poster art.

This is a beautiful piece, depicting very graphic art and text with Christmas bells, and the message “Buy Christmas seals-help stamp out TB”. Binder signed his work often in lower case, and this poster depicts all lower case lettering. The color is intense and the condition top notch, A, linen mounted. Beautiful and ready for framing! We only have this one.
