Artist: James Montgomery Flagg (1877-1960) Prolific and well known American graphic designer, poster artist, illustrator best known for his famous Uncle Sam "I Want You" WW1 poster.
Condition: A- very minor creasing, must be scrutinized closely to see. Archivally Linen Mounted, beautiful!

A wonderful and famous WPA era thirties Flagg image of Uncle Sam dressed as forest ranger with badge. The message reads "Your Forests-Your Fault-Your Loss." Uncle Sam points to a raging forest fire behind. Colors are vivid and stunning. The poster is archivally linen backed and ready for framing. We only have this one.
