The Inland printer was a successful magazine at the turn of the century and still exists in Chicago. It is now known as the American Printer and Lithographer. The Inland Printer promoted new ideas and technology that were influencing the popular arts of the times. Among the many well known illustrators to work for The Inland Printer were Will Bradley and J.C. Leyendecker. The journal began in 1883 as a 24 page publication in Chicago and by 1900, was a 200 page monthly magazine.

We are fortunate to have this original poster which promoted the cover of the original magazine in our collection.
