1890’s NY Sunday Press January 5th Sleigh Vintage Media Poster

CONDITION: B, Linen Mounted, Left bottom corner has a restored yellow patch for color loss, see photo, an uncommon original NYC history media poster.
This poster depicts three Victorian woman in an antique red horse drawn hand painted and embellished red and yellow sleigh, dressed in furs, moving through the woods. It was advertising an 1890’s era Manhattan area sunday only magazine called the NY Sunday Press.
The advertising reads: "The Sunday Press will be clothed in more beautiful and striking colors than ever before…No other New York paper has been able to Equal ’um…..Brightest and Best Fiction. Mere short, bright, sparkling, special, news articles than can be found elsewhere. Best illustrations…The New Sunday Press interests everyone."
This is a beautiful and rare 1890’s era original American advertising poster. The poster is archivally linen backed and ready for framing. We only have this one.
