Debra Clifford (1955-2022) Collector/Owner at Vintage Poster Works.
Debra is shown above with an assortment of her large vintage posters collection: WWII Give 'em Both Barrels Propaganda WW2 poster by Jean Carlu, a beautiful Mexico "Girl with Fruit" poster from the 1940's, a Lawrence Wilbur boy with banana and milk poster, a rare 1893 Lippincott's American Literary poster by William Carqueville, and others.
Debra's wife Becca now curates Debra's original antique vintage poster and ephemera collection. In addition to her online studio gallery, Debra exhibited at the International Vintage Poster Fairs in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Miami and Chicago. All of her vintage posters are archivally mounted, a poster conservation process referred to as archival Poster Linen mounting or "Poster Linen Backing."
