The Strobridge Lithography Lithographic Company was the one of the premier litho companies in America, operating in Cincinnati, Ohio and New York City. Their posters are highly desirable because of their fine printing and stone lithography.
Barnum & Bailey, the most famous American Circus company had the means and the audience to produce the finest vintage circus posters known, and this is one of them for a circus show called 'Aladdin and his Wonderful Lamp.' This WWI or WW1 era show featured 1200 people and 400 horses. The poster is archivally linen backed and ready for framing. We only have this one and it came out of our personal collection.
