1930s British Blackbirds Vintage Poster

These posters were printed for children’s educational and story telling tools for the classroom in England. There were at least 75 posters in this English series all with different themes or places. This one with the theme of blackbird family nesting with their tiny babies. Mama bird feeding her children. At the bottom of the poster is printed the number 36 “The Bird’s Nest”. There is a beautiful running swan border detailed at bottom. Beautiful early litho pre WW2 WWII design, and in beautiful condition. The poster is archivally linen backed and ready for framing. We only have this one.
