These posters were printed for children’s educational and story telling tools for the classroom in England. There were at least 75 posters in this English series all with different themes or places. This one with the theme of a Chinese family on the street, with china lanterns in hands. A beautiful theme of Asia and family. The poster is in rich pastels and colors, stunning. At the bottom of the poster is printed the number 46 “In a Chinese Street”. There is a beautiful running lantern border detailed at bottom. Beautiful early litho pre WW2 WWII design, and in beautiful condition. The poster is archivally linen backed and ready for framing. We only have this one.
