It has designated logos on either side of the text “Rouen”, and reads Chemins de fer and Syndicat D`initiative. Bottom left reads la cour dalbane, or the Albane Court.
This impressive building is in Rouen France. Rouen was occupied by England 1418-1449 and is the site of the trial & execution of Joan of Arc 1431. It is also the site of famous 13th century Gothic cathedral. Today it is the home of the Joan of Arc Museum. A beautiful original French antique travel poster.
