Text on bottom right reads: Boulder Dam, 727 feet high, Las Vegas Nevada, Reached via Union Pacific Railroad. Hoover Dam, also known as Boulder Dam, is in the Black Canyon of the Colorado River, on the border between the Arizona and Nevada. Named after Herbert Hoover, its construction began in 1931 and was completed in 1935, during the famous New deal, FDR Franklin Roosevelt Works Progress Administration WPA era. A great old piece, we only have this one.
