Aimé Maeght (1906-1981) was an avid art collector and art editor. He founded the Galerie Maeght in both Paris and New York, and the Fondation Maeght in Saint-Paul-de-Vence in Nice, France. This is an original poster for an abstract art exhibit at Maeght's Paris Gallery for the work of famous Russian abstract artist, Wassily Kandinsky. A beautiful piece freshly linen backed. We only have this one and have had it in our collection for years.
